AboutBioHacking Health

We believe everyone deserves access to clear, research-backed peptide education — without the jargon, gatekeeping, or hype.

Our Mission

BioHacking Health started because we noticed a gap: peptide research is advancing fast, but the average person still has no idea where to find trustworthy, beginner-friendly information. Most resources are either buried in academic papers or scattered across forums with questionable advice.

We built this site to be the resource we wished existed when we started learning about peptides. Every guide, compound profile, and blog post is written with one goal: make complex science accessible without dumbing it down.

We cover 78+ compounds — peptides, hormones, and supplements — with honest information about benefits, dosing protocols, safety considerations, and what the research actually says (not just what sounds good).

What We Stand For

Evidence First

Every claim links back to published research. We cite studies, note limitations, and distinguish between strong evidence and preliminary findings.

Plain Language

Science shouldn't require a PhD to understand. We translate complex mechanisms into clear explanations anyone can follow.

Safety Always

We include side effects, contraindications, and safety considerations for every compound. Informed decisions require complete information.

No Hype

We don't oversell results or make promises. If the research is mixed or limited, we say so. Trust is more important than clicks.

Our Editorial Process

1

Research

We review peer-reviewed studies, clinical trials, and established medical references for every compound and topic we cover.

2

Write

Content is written to be accurate and accessible. We use real-world context, practical examples, and clear dosing information.

3

Review

Every article goes through a quality review to verify claims, check sources, and ensure safety information is complete.

4

Update

We regularly revisit published content as new research emerges. Science evolves, and our content should too.
